About the event
The theme for the sound bath this month is SURPRISE, Love. But this does not mean you have to be in love with anyone but yourself! Each attendee will receive their own heart shaped crystal that we will program in the session together. The session will focus on the Heart Chakra along with affirmations for Self Love, you will then melt into your mat with soothing sounds of different instruments aligned with opening the heart Chakra.
