With your practitioner you will navigate the process of setting an intention for your session, She will then utilize a set of Chakra aligned tuning forks to balance and recharge each chakra. This will allow energy to free flow through the body. Tasha will then have you select your "tune up" from the available list and she will perform a tuning fork protocol stimulating the vagus nerve which will send these vibrations like a wave through the entire body allowing your intention to be infused throughout and promote balance and relaxation within This session encourages a sense of well-being, stress reduction, and holistic harmony.
