Terms and Conditions

By checking the box in your booking "I consent and Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Three Little Lunas" you are consenting to all of the following information. Consenting to the below is manditory in order to book an appointment with Tasha Leonard, Kelly Fisher, and Kylie Davis. 

Consents  

  • Tasha Leonard, Kelly Fisher, and Kylie Davis, are each a certified Level II Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a simple, non-invasive, gentle, energy healing modality that works through energy blocks in the chakra system. When the chakra system has long term blockages or imbalances it can relate/correlate to several mental and physical health concerns. The benefits of reiki include relaxation, stress reduction and can promote the body’s ability to heal itself. Other energy divination tools such as crystals, instruments, and tarot/oracle cards may be utilized in session, this will be done at the practitioner’s discretion. Any and all intuitive and/or energetic information that comes to the practitioner during the session will be discussed with and provided to you.

  • Please direct any and all questions or concerns that you may have to the practitioner before the start of the session.  

  • Reiki does not diagnose mental or physical conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment or interventions, prescribe substances or medications and does not interfere or take the place of medical care from a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological conditions you may have.

  • If you have medical or mental health concerns it is still recommended to seek medical care from a licensed medical professional. Reiki is a great addition to a healthy lifestyle for a holistic health and wellness approach.

  • I, Tasha Leonard, Kelly Fisher, and Kylie Davis, Three Little Lunas, LLC, and Ensure Growth Counseling LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any health/medical issues, problems, conditions, diagnosis or results.  

  • Confidentiality: Nothing discussed or covered in the reiki session and none of your personal information will be discussed or shared with any third/outside party.  

  • *To further promote relaxation the practitioner may utilize sage spray, incense, candles, or essential oil vaporizer in session.  Please notify the practitioner if you have any allergies.

  • You are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time. There are some very appropriate, unavoidable reasons to reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, each will be at Tasha, Kelly, and Kylies discretion.

  • If you do need to cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, without a reasonable explanation, please be prepared for no refund.

  • Insurance does not cover the cost of Reiki. 

  • Consent: By checking the box, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree that you are mentally competent in requesting Reiki services by the practitioner at Three Little Lunas. You understand that all modalities, treatments and readings will not be used to replace conventional medical practices, diagnosis, treatments and psychological or professional counseling, therapy or treatment and you will provide any changes or concerns of your medical condition to your healthcare provider.

  • You agree and understand that, Tasha Leonard, Kelly Fisher, and Kylie Davis, Three Little Lunas, LLC, and Ensure Growth Counseling LLC, will not be held liable or responsible for any health/medical issues, problems, conditions, diagnosis or results. Lastly you agree that you are the only one responsible for your life and its direction, therefore, any guidance, advice or intuitive information will be implemented, or not, by your choice and of your own free will. Tasha Leonard, Kelly Fisher, and Kylie Davis, Three Little Lunas, LLC, and Ensure Growth Counseling LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any life occurrences, decisions, or repercussions based on your decision to implement or not the information provided in sessions or readings.

Disclaimers

MINORS

To receive a reading as a minor, a parent or guardian must be present. The reader reserves the right to request identification to confirm age, or establish guardianship.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information exchanged between my client and myself during readings and/or emails shall remain confidential. No personal information shall be passed on to anyone, including third parties. This is a non- judgement zone. If information is given to the reader regarding criminal or suspected criminal activity, the reader has no obligation to confidentiality of the client. Tasha and Kylie are not  clinical counselors, and therefore you are not protected by HIPAA, etc. Kelly is a clinical counselor, however, when receiving services at Three Little Lunas, you are not protected by HIPAA, etc. unless the service being provided has legal consent forms that you have signed in session, before services begin. With readings given in a public space (ie: markets, fairs, etc), We can not guarantee confidentiality due to the nature of the space. However, we will make their best attempt to keep information private in these spaces.

REFUNDS

All payments are final. Any refund that is provided will be provided solely at the Tasha's discretion, and will be minus fees where applicable. If you miss your scheduled session, Three Little Lunas has the right to refuse the refund for time worked, regardless of your attendance. No appointment is finalized as "accepted" or "scheduled" until payment is received. Be sure the window you sign up for works for you. Cancellations/ reschedules will not be accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled session, if there is a conflict, reach out to Tasha, Kelly, or Kylie as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. No refunds are provided for "quality" concerns with your service due to above disclaimers.
